Award winning cheese

The Gould family have been making Cheddar Cheese for the past 50 years using milk from their own Friesian dairy herd.  We make the Round Traditional Farmhouse Cheddar 27kgs Cloth Bound Cheese.

In addition to the 27kgs Cheeses we make 2kgs truckles and 4kgs truckles.

Alongside the traditional Cheddar we now make Cheddar cheese with added flavourings such as Chilli’s, Garlics and a variety of herbs. 

The Cheddar cheese is made from our own unique recipe handed down over the generations and is matured at set temperature conditions for anything up to 2 years to give it its unique flavour.
