Dispatch
Postage and Packaging costs are included in the prices displayed on this website. We aim to ship all orders by Royal Mail within 48 hours of receipt of order (Monday to Friday).

Complaints
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your order please contact us immediately by telephone or email so that we can offer a refund or replacement. Your statutory rights are not affected.
