Live Music & The Ultimate Cheese Toastie

The Sunday Sessions is held at The Railway Inn on Ashcott Road between Meare and Ashcott. It started last year and gained a large following with its laid back garden atmosphere and excellent live music, not to mention the £8 all you can eat BBQ. In 2017 the Sunday Sessions launches on Easter Sunday, the 16th of April and will feature Gould’s Cheddar. You’ll be able to choose to have Gould’s on your burger or hot dog, in your salad or go for the ultimate flat top barbecue cheese toastie experience.

A cheese toastie on a flat top griddle is something to behold and knowing the Sunday Sessions team there is going to be something even a little bit more special about how it’s made. The important thing of course are the ingredients and the centrepiece of the cheese toastie will be mature farmhouse cheddar cheese from Gould’s.

Where is the Sunday Sessions?

The Railway Inn is at 89 Ashcott Rd, Glastonbury BA6 9SX. See the map below for the location and click it to get directions. The Sunday Sessions kicks of at 1pm and runs until 4pm with live music and an all you can eat BBQ for £8. You can also order individually off the menu and there is a vegetarian option and an amazing home made salad bar (featuring the greatest potato salad in the world).
